All the products in the range – from Cuor di Ricotta AD to Mozzarella AD, and Dolcesardo AD in both whole and sliced versions – are made with 100% Sardinian lactose-free milk, collected daily from a certified supply chain, where every step is carefully traced: from the stable to the final processing.
The meaning of AD is High Digestibility: lactose is gently broken down into simple sugars, reduced to less than 0.1%, and made easily assimilable, without altering the naturalness and unmistakable taste of Arborea milk and the cheeses derived from it.
